Genomic Resources

SHGC is currently funded by NHGRI, NCI, and the DOE to produce genomic resources for a number of different organisms. These include EST sequencing, full-length cDNA finishing, BAC end sequencing, and genetic map creation. The organisms we are currently generating resources for include human, Xenopus, stickleback, zebrafish, mouse and rat.
